A. Dealers /Distributors/Wholesaler/ OEM
- No credits will be applied.
- Mandatory to pay advance of 75% of total amount and 25 % once the order is packed but prior shipping for every order.
- Shipping charges are included in invoice separately or individual third party will collect from you.
- Return of Material facility is available within a month (i.e. 30 days from the day of shipping).
- Return of material only applies to original sealed packed material which is untouched/unused/ no seal broken.
- In case of Return of Material, 100% money will be refunded within standard working days as per the banks.
- In case of Return of material, 70% money will be refunded for Return of Material after 30 days but within 45 days of received.
- No money will be refunded after 45 days.
- Product supply will be stopped for two consecutive returns.
- Facilitates the Replacement for the damaged good while shipping, provided it should be informed within a day & with actual photographs . No request or grievances will be entertained if informed more than 24 hours of material received to you.
- Replacement for bulk order (more than 2000 Rs) will be treated as Return of Material and if it is not a fault of shipper.
B. For direct customer Sale (B2C)
If customer purchase any products directly from us for respective consumption and not for further sale, then it will be treated as B2C i.e. business to customer. In this case, the invoice is generated from idekh.com (Ira enterprise). Ira enterprise also sales on various market place under B2C category.
- Return of Material or product is only valid till 3 days.
- In case of Returns, customer must inform to us within a same day or within receipt of 24 hours with photo and communication on contactus@idekh.com
- Refund of money will be 100% returned to customer provided original sealed packed material which is untouched/unused/ no seal broken and with either a receipt or proof of purchase or original invoice.
- Customer should send material/product back to the same source of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer if not bought directly from manufacturer.
- No refund or replacement if informed after 3 consecutive days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refundsIf you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale itemsOnly regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {contactus@idekh.com} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
